Disclosure Statement
In accordance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA), Section 485(f) of the Higher
Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. §1092(f)), Maryland Criminal Law §3–607, and Maryland
Education Code §26-101, Frederick Community College publishes this Campus Hazing Transparency
Report to promote accountability and transparency related to hazing by student organizations
as noted in the institution’s Anti-Hazing Policy and Procedures.
Consistent with SCHA requirements, this Campus Hazing Transparency Report summarizes
findings concerning any recognized student organization found to be in
violation of this policy, to include: the name of the student organization, a general
description of the violation that resulted in a finding of responsibility (including
whether the violation involved the abuse or illegal use of alcohol or drugs and any
sanctions imposed, as applicable), and the pertinent dates.
This report does not include personally identifiable information and does not include reports of alleged hazing that did not result in a finding of responsibility, consistent with federal requirements.
This report will be updated twice a year.
During the reporting period, July 1, 2025 through December 12, 2025, there were no findings of responsibility issued to any recognized or established student organization to disclose for this reporting period under the Campus Hazing Transparency Report.
